Scott McKelvey

Scott McKelvey heads the Wealth Management Group as Executive Vice President. Scott joined Monroe Bank & Trust in June 2002 as Community President for MBT Downriver. He possesses more than 23 years of experience in banking which includes trust and investment management, commercial lending, branch administration, marketing and human resources. Scott received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University. He is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Georgetown University, as well as the National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University. As a civic leader, Scott serves on the Board of Trustees for Oakwood Southshore Hospital and the Board of Directors of the Southern Wayne County Regional Chamber of Commerce. |

Jim Arnold

|
Jim joined Monroe Bank & Trust in 1999 as Trust Administrator. He currently serves as Senior Vice President, Investment Group Manager. Jim received his undergraduate degree from Wayne State University and completed graduate work at Central Michigan University and Northwestern University. His graduate work in finance includes professional studies in Midwest Trust School, Cannon Financial Institute and Bowling Green State University where he earned the Certificate in Financial Planning. |

Paul Wannemacher |

Paul joined Monroe Bank & Trust in 2004 and currently serves as Vice President, Equity Analyst / Portfolio Manager. With more than 18 years of experience in Wealth Management, Paul offers his expertise in fiduciary tax, legal, investment, estate settlement and real estate matters. With two undergraduate degrees from the University of Toledo, Paul earned his MBA in Finance from Bowling Green State University. He is a graduate of the Midwest Trust School, attends the Notre Dame Estate Planning Institute and holds an Ohio CPA designation. |

Tony Burek |

Anthony joined Monroe Bank & Trust in August 2004 and currently serves as Vice President, Senior Fixed Income Analyst / Portfolio Manager. Prior to coming to MBT, Anthony spent several years as a Risk Analyst with the investment management division of a multinational life insurance company, assessing current and potential asset risks for a $100 billion fixed income portfolio. Anthony received a Bachelors Degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and Master of Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. |

Diane Kamprath |
|
Diane joined the Trust Operations Department of Monroe Bank & Trust in 1988. She has been promoted through various Trust Department functions, including Operations Department Manager. She currently serves as Vice President, Operations & Compliance Manager. Diane holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management and Organizational Development from Spring Arbor University, and has continued her professional studies at the Midwest Trust School. She has also completed the academic requirements at Bowling Green State University to become a Certified Financial Planner. |

Tammy McKelvey

Tammy joined MBT Downriver in August of 2002 and currently serves as Vice President, Wealth Management Officer. Prior to joining MBT, Tammy had twenty years of banking experience. Tammy earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from East Tennessee State University and has completed the trust administration program at the Southern Trust School, Birmingham Southern College in Birmingham, Alabama. |

Victoria Milosch

Victoria joined Monroe Bank & Trust in 1995 and serves as Assistant Vice President, Securities Trading Portfolio Associate. Before joining MBT, Victoria worked for two brokerage houses in Toledo. Educated at the University of Toledo, Victoria earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management and has earned the Certificate in Financial Planning at Bowling Green State University. |

Dean Moening

Second Vice President Dean had 13 years of experience in investments and trust administration, credit and financial analysis, prior to joining MBT Downriver in 2002. Dean earned his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, with a double concentration in Finance and Accounting. He completed his Masters in Business Administration in Finance at Wayne State University. He has attended both the National Trust School and the National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University and earned his Certified Trust & Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation in 1999. |

Denise Slaten

Denise joined Monroe Bank & Trust in August 1986, and worked in the branch system and auditing before moving to the Wealth Management Group. She currently serves as Second Vice President, Wealth Management Administrator. Denise’s professional development studies have included the Bank Auditing School at Central Michigan University, a Certification in Trust Auditing from Cannon Financial Institute and a 3-year program at the Midwest Trust School. |

Tom Steele

Thomas recently joined MBT after over 20 years in private banking with companies including National City and Comerica. He has served in a variety of leadership and advisory capacities, primarily working with high net worth individuals to manage their investment, financial and estate planning needs. Thomas holds a BA from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids and a Juris Doctor from Indiana School of Law. He currently serves as Wealth Business Development Officer. |

Andrew Weisenburger |
|
Andy joined Monroe Bank & Trust in 2007, having previously served as a Relationship Manager in a wealth management group in Toledo, Ohio. In that role, Andy managed over 250 client accounts totaling more than $200M in assets. He also served as a Fiduciary Officer, and gained valuable experience in estate and succession planning, taxes and investments. Andy currently serves as Second Vice President, Wealth Management Officer. Prior to his career in wealth administration, Andy served as an attorney with a Toledo-based law firm. Andy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Xavier University in Cincinnati and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo. |
