Pat Williams
|
|
Patrick joined Monroe Bank & Trust in November 1987 and serves as Vice President and Manager of MBT Credit Company, Inc. A graduate of the Monroe County Community College and the University of Wisconsin’s ABA Graduate School of Bank Management; Pat spent 10 years in management positions with other financial institutions. This invaluable experience has allowed Pat to develop investor relationships for MBT, which has enhanced the Bank’s mortgage product lines. |

John Baldwin
|
|
John has been with Monroe Bank & Trust since 1996. He worked in the branch system, until he was promoted to Mortgage Loan Officer in 2003. He currently serves as Assistant Vice President. John has earned an Associate Degree in Banking from Monroe County Community College, as well as a banking degree from the American Bankers Association, both while working full-time at MBT. |

Paula Lipper |
|
Paula became a part of the Monroe Bank & Trust team when the Erie branch was acquired by MBT. She continued in branch management until 2002 when she moved to the lending area and became a Mortgage Loan Officer with MBT Credit Company, Inc. She currently serves as Second Vice President. Paula has earned a Bachelors Degree in Management and Organizational Development, and a Masters Degree in Organizational Management. She has also completed an extensive array of management and banking courses, and has served as adjunct professor for both Spring Arbor University and Monroe Community College. |

Howard Roberts
|
|
Howard joined Monroe Bank & Trust in 1985. His career has encompassed branch management, as well as lending. He currently serves as Vice President and Mortgage Loan Officer for MBT Credit Company, Inc. Howard is a certified specialist in secondary mortgage market transactions and was a part-time instructor at Monroe County Community College for 6 years. |

Margarita Wong
|
|
Fluent in Spanish, Margarita joined Monroe Bank & Trust in August 2000 and was appointed Administrative Specialist for Residential Mortgage Loans. In this capacity, Margarita coordinated the home loan activities of the Bank's 26 retail offices. Margarita was subsequently promoted to Mortgage Loan Officer in 2006. Her bilingual ability is especially helpful for Spanish-speaking clients. She is a graduate of Monroe County Community College with an Associate of Science degree. |
