eLink Personal Online Banking

Access your account information from the comfort of your office, home or anywhere you can access the Internet. With MBT eLink Internet Banking, no matter where in the world you are, you can check account balances, transfer funds, make loan payments, review transactions, authorize third-party payments, and more from any computer or laptop with an Internet connection. And in today’s “wireless world,” that means just about anywhere. eLink is monitored 24/7 by Monroe Bank and Trust for ultimate security and is free to MBT account holders. To apply, complete the application form and drop it in the mail or return it to any MBT Branch.

Personal Accounts "eStatement"

Get your account statement from the convenience of your computer or laptop with MBT's eStatement. This service allows our account holders to retrieve their deposit account statements electronically in Adobe .pdf format. You’ll get an email notification when the  eStatement is available and you’ll actually get your statement faster then traditional printed statements. Plus, it’s more secure than paper, better for the environment and easier to store. And eStatement is free to account holders enrolled in our free eLink Internet Banking Service. To apply, complete the application form and drop it in the mail or return it to any MBT Branch.

PhoneLink

If you’ve got a phone, we’ll keep you connected. With MBT PhoneLink, you can access your account anytime and anywhere from any phone. From checking account balances, transferring funds and making loan payments, to reviewing transactions and authorizing third-party payments, with PhoneLink you have instant access to your MBT accounts, day or night. PhoneLink is monitored 24/7 by MBT for ultimate security and is free to Monroe Bank and Trust account holders. When you enroll in eLink you automatically have access to PhoneLink. Mobile Banking

Standing in the checkout lane? Check your account balance instantly. Manage all of your MBT accounts wherever and whenever with your web-enabled cell phone or mobile device. With MBT Mobile Banking** you can check your account balance, view history, and even transfer funds immediately - all quickly and securely. This free service is available to all MBT customers with an eLink online banking account. To enroll, just log into eLink. Once enrolled, it's easy, fast, and convenient to use - just go to https://elink.mbandt.com/mobile on your phone's web browser to use MBT Mobile Banking. 

How do I enroll?
1. Log into your eLink online banking account. Select "Mobile Banking Enrollment" under the Options tab.
2. Enter your mobile phone number, your carrier and select a PIN. Click submit.
3. Go to https://elink.mbandt.com/mobile - save this link to your favorites for quick access.
4. Click the "One Time Password" (OTP) button.
5. You will be taken to a screen where you will enter your Access ID, which is your eLink username.
6. You will receive an SMS (text) message momentarily. It will contain a secure OTP and a link to use MBT Mobile Banking. 
7. When you click on the link you will be taken to a login page. Enter your Access ID and your PIN# that you selected during enrollment. You will then be taken to your account screen.
8. When you logout, you will receive a new SMS text message with your next OTP. Save this message for use the next time you wish to access your account via MBT Mobile Banking. NOTE: For your security, each time you access Mobile Banking, you will need a new OTP. You should only have to enter the OTP manually the first time. Once you use your most recent OTP, you'll get another one for the next time you want to use the service. The OTP will automatically fill in when you use the link that is texted to you.

What can I do with Mobile Banking?
Check balances, view account history and transfer funds between MBT Accounts.

How do I know if my cell phone or mobile device is "web-enabled"?
If you have a "minibrowser," "microbrowser," or "wireless web" on your device's main menu, and that feature has been activated, then it is web-enabled.  

How do I know my information is secure?
Mobile Banking requires the same secure login information that is used to login to your eLink Online Banking Account. Your personal information is protected by advanced encryption technology to prevent unauthorized access. Each time you use Mobile Banking you will use a new One Time Passcode. And, since no data is physically stored on your phone, your information cannot be stolen. 

What if I forget my Access ID?
Please call us toll free at 1-800-321-0032 to have your Access ID reset. Your Access ID is your eLink login.

What if I forgot to save my One Time Password SMS message?
You can request a new OTP at https://elink.mbandt.com/mobile. Click the one time password button.

What if I forget my PIN?
Log into eLink and select “Mobile Banking Enrollment” under options. Repeat the enrollment process.  

What if I change my phone number, cell phone or carriers?
If you get a new phone but keep the same phone number and carrier, then no action is necessary on your part. If you change carriers or get a new number just login to eLink and select “Mobile Banking Enrollment” under the options tab. Repeat the enrollment process.  

How much does it cost?
Mobile Banking is a free service from MBT. However, you may be charged charged access rates depending on your carrier. In order to use MBT Mobile Banking, you must be able to receive text messages and have Internet access. Check with your service provider for details on specific fees and charges.

What if I delete the link with my One Time Password?
Request a new one anytime at https://elink.mbandt.com/mobile. Save this website to your favorites menu for fast access.

What happens if I lose my mobile device? 
Since your account data is not stored on your mobile device, your information cannot be stolen. When you replace your device, simply login to eLink and select “Mobile Banking Enrollment” under the options tab. Repeat the enrollment process.

*Fees: a $7.00 monthly inactivity fee for MBT Online Bill payment applies if the account goes unused for 60 days.  The fee stops on the next billing cycle if online bill pay is resumed.
